What you fear . . .
I have just had one of those amazing experiences, though not friendly, of re-living YET AGAIN the saying, "What you fear the most will show up when you fear it the most". And I got to look at the details of the situation and make my voice heard (maybe) and come to a conclusion. And it is true, What I fear the most is always hanging around my door just waiting for me to open the door and welcome it in. And guess what . . . It is never about the other person or the situation or the details. It is always about me holding the energy of fear and doubt in my own energy field and thus attracting what I least want to attract.
And I want to thank "R" and "M" for helping me SEE this one more time. I guess this should really go in the Gratitude Forum. Oh well, I'll post it twice. hahaha And as my most trusted Sensei would say, It IS what you believe IT is. And now let me quote the old definition of FEAR: False Evidence Appearing Real Ya Know, my brain knows all this stuff, but I just keep on having to re-experience it. Dang!!!  |

Fear is nothing to be afraid of. It's just another experience, and thus a tool for living. As with all emotional and physiological responses ("positive" or "negative"), how you choose to use it will define what it means to you-and that helps you define who You are.
